The Prophet ﷺ was asked by the believers whether Allah is close or far to call out quietly or loudly, but Allah confirms that He is close.
It is not from the adaab of duaa to make a show of it, we should be fearful when making duaa and can be done quietly and in private in a way that is most fitting to approach your master.
Before these ayaat, the fasts were diffeent. When a man would begin his fast, if he falls asleep, his fast would begin, however the men would fall asleep waiting for food, and then would fall unconscious during the day. When the Prophet ﷺ was informed of this, this ayah was revealed to allow for the men to approach their wives at night, and to honour the spouses, so as to not disclose their secrets.
